Both files contain all the VOCP source code, documentation, support programs and resources, the only difference being
the size of the file (bz2 offers better compression) and the manner in which you unpack the tar ball. Use
- tar jxvf /path/to/VOCP-X.X.X.tar.bz2 for the bzip file
- tar zxvf /path/to/VOCP-X.X.X.tar.gz for the gzip file
Previous releases of VOCP (from 0.6 onward) are availble from the
VOCP SourceForge project page.
